Shipping Instructions

All our packages are delivered to our Personal Mail Box (PMB) at UPS. You are able to ship USPS, UPS, and FEDEX packages to this address. Please use ONLY this address to ship us your parts.

If shipping a frame, you are not able to use USPS to ship it to us. Please use either UPS/FedEx and include a copy of our FFL (located on our FFL tab) and a copy of your ID. Unless you have used another FFL to ship us your frame, your frame will be shipped back to the address on your ID.

*We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit to us or back to you. If you would like additional insurance other than the standard $100, please contact us and we will give you the exact cost from our UPS account. Also note that insured packages are not paid out in full, UPS reimburses original cost or replacement cost, whichever is lower.
